NF VALIDATION (Food) : News of December 2023

As of December 19, 2023, the NF VALIDATION mark has been awarded to 141 methods of analysis in food microbiology, validated according to the protocol EN ISO 16140-2: 2016.

In addition, 5 methods for detecting antibiotic residues are validated according to the antibiotic validation protocol of AFNOR Certification.

On the positive opinion of the Bureau Technique Agroalimentaire of the NF VALIDATION mark of 6 and 7 December 2023, AFNOR Certification approved :

The renewal of the methods ANSR® for Listeria (NEOGEN Europe Ltd), ANSR® for Listeria monocytogenes (NEOGEN Europe Ltd), REBECCA™ + EB (bioMérieux), REBECCA™ base and REBECCA™ + EB (bioMérieux), Delvotest® T (DSM Food Specialities) and BAX® System PCR Assay coli O157 :H7 MP (HYGIENA).
Extending the GENE-UP® Salmonella 2 (bioMérieux) method to include a new enrichment protocol with BACTVIAB™ PMAxx™ pre-treatment for the analysis of chocolates, confectionery and ingredients (with a test dose of 375 g).
