The tests of quantification of <em>Legionella<\/em> using PCR are certified according to a protocol based on\u00a0<a title=\"NF T90-471\" href=\"http:\/\/www.boutique.afnor.org\/norme\/nf-t90-471\/qualite-de-l-eau-detection-et-quantification-des-legionella-et-ou-legionella-pneumophila-par-concentration-et-amplification-ge\/article\/823921\/fa059628\" target=\"_blank\">NF T90-471<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a title=\"ISO\/TS 12869\" href=\"http:\/\/www.boutique.afnor.org\/norme\/iso-ts-128692012\/water-quality-detection-and-quantification-of-legionella-spp-and-or-legionella-pneumophila-by-concentration-and-genic-amplifi\/article\/805030\/xs119766\" target=\"_blank\">ISO\/TS 12869<\/a>\u00a0standards. <\/strong><strong>The other methods are certified according to a specific <a title=\"General technical protocol\" href=\"https:\/\/nf-validation.afnor.org\/\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2014\/04\/NF148_Protocole-General-Validation_en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">technical protocol<\/a>, developed by AFNOR Certification, that compares the alternative method to a standard method for a defined targeted strain.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During its meeting held on <strong>June 08<sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">th<\/span><\/sup>, 2015<\/strong>, the NF VALIDATION &#8220;Technical Board &#8211; Water General protocol&#8221; approved by vote:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The validation renewal of the method\u00a0<strong>RAPID&#8217;<em>E. coli<\/em> 2 + Supplement for water testing<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>(Bio-Rad) for the enumeration of <em>E. coli<\/em> \u00df D-glucuronidase positive and coliform bacteria \u00df D-galactosidase positive in waters for human consumption.<\/p>\n<p>Others analysis methods are currently following the\u00a0NF VALIDATION\u00a0process.<\/p>\n<p>Next meetings in water domain:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0NF VALIDATION &#8220;Technical Board &#8211; Water General protocol&#8221; : <strong>Friday 3<span style=\"font-size: small\"><strong><sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">rd<\/span><\/sup><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><strong>\u00a0of July, 2015<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; NF VALIDATION &#8220;Technical Board &#8211;\u00a0WaterPCR Legionella&#8221; : <strong>Wednesday 14<span style=\"font-size: small\"><strong><sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">th<\/span><\/sup><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><strong> of October, 2015<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As of\u00a0June 09th, 2015, 15 methods for microbiological\u00a0analysis in water are certified NF VALIDATION.
