As of June 06th <\/span><\/sup>2015, 121 microbiological methods in the food industry including 3 antibiotic detection methods are certified NF VALIDATION. All the microbiological methods are validated according to the NF EN ISO 16140 :2003<\/a> standard protocol requirements.<\/strong><\/p>\n

During its meeting held on\u00a0July 2nd\u00a0<\/span><\/sup>and 3rd<\/sup><\/strong><\/span> 2015<\/strong>, the NF VALIDATION \u201cTechnical Board \u2013 Food Microbiology\u201d approved by vote:<\/p>\n

– The validation extension of the following methods: BACGene Salmonella<\/em> spp<\/strong> (Eurofins GeneScan) for a new protocol with 50g up to 375g sample sizes for milk powders and infant formula with and without probiotics;\u00a0RAPID’Salmonella<\/em> \/Agar<\/strong> (BIO-RAD) for a new protocol\u00a0with 50g up to 375g sample sizes for milk powders, including infant formula with and without probiotics and related dehydrated dairy ingredients;\u00a0ThermoScientific SureTect E. coli<\/em> O157:H7 PCR Assay<\/strong> (OXOID Thermo Fisher Scientific) for an updated version of the related\u00a0kit file of the SureTect software.<\/p>\n

– The validation renewal of the following methods: TRANSIA PLATE Listeria <\/em><\/strong>(BioControl Systems), ADIAFOOD Escherichia coli<\/em> O157:H7 <\/strong>(bioM\u00e9rieux), iQ-Check Listeria<\/em> spp. <\/strong>(BIO-RAD), MicroSEQ Listeria<\/em> spp.<\/strong>\u00a0and MicroSEQ Listeria monocytogenes<\/em><\/strong> (Life Technologies), Reveal 2.0 Salmonella<\/em><\/strong> (Neogen Europe), Salmonella<\/em> Precis<\/strong> (OXOID Thermo Fisher Scientific), IRIS Salmonella<\/em><\/strong>, SESAME Salmonella<\/em> TEST<\/strong>\u00a0and COMPASS Listeria<\/em> Agar Enumeration <\/strong>(SOLABIA).<\/p>\n
