The tests of quantification of <em>Legionella<\/em> using PCR are certified according to a protocol based on <a title=\"NF T90-471\" href=\"http:\/\/www.boutique.afnor.org\/norme\/nf-t90-471\/water-quality-detection-and-quantification-of-legionella-and-or-legionella-pneumophila-by-concentration-and-genic-amplificatio\/article\/823921\/fa059628\" target=\"_blank\">NF T90-471<\/a><\/strong><strong> and <a title=\"ISO\/TS 12869\" href=\"http:\/\/www.boutique.afnor.org\/norme\/iso-ts-128692012\/water-quality-detection-and-quantification-of-legionella-spp-and-or-legionella-pneumophila-by-concentration-and-genic-amplifi\/article\/805030\/xs119766\" target=\"_blank\">ISO\/TS 12869<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>standards. The other methods are certified according to a specific <a title=\"Technical protocol\" href=\"https:\/\/nf-validation.afnor.org\/\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2014\/04\/NF148_Protocole-General-Validation_en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">technical protocol<\/a><\/strong><strong>, developed by AFNOR Certification, that compares the alternative method to a standard method for a defined targeted strain.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During its meeting held the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> July 2015, the\u00a0<strong>Technical Board &#8211; Water General protocol <\/strong>examined validation files of alternative methods currently submitted to the NF VALIDATION certification process.<\/p>\n<p>Next meetings in water domain:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; NF VALIDATION &#8220;Technical Board &#8211; Water General protocol&#8221; : <strong>Monday 23<span style=\"font-size: small\"><strong><sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">rd<\/span><\/sup><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><strong> of November, 2015 and <strong>Friday 11<span style=\"font-size: small\"><sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">th<\/span><\/sup><\/span> of March, 2016.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; NF VALIDATION &#8220;Technical Board &#8211; Water PCR Legionella&#8221; : <strong>Wednesday 14<span style=\"font-size: small\"><strong><sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">th<\/span><\/sup><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><strong> of October, 2015.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As of July 06th, 2015, 15 methods for microbiological analysis in water are certified NF VALIDATION.
