href=\"http:\/\/www.boutique.afnor.org\/standard\/nf-en-iso-16140\/microbiology-of-food-and-animal-feeding-stuffs-protocol-for-the-validation-of-alternative-methods\/article\/630128\/fa103509\" target=\"_blank\">NF EN ISO 16140<\/a>\u00a0standard protocol, and 3 for antibiotic detection in food according to a specific validation protocol.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During its meeting held on <strong>October 08<sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">th <\/span><\/sup>and 09<span style=\"font-size: small\"><strong><sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">th<\/span><\/sup><\/strong><\/span> 2015<\/strong>, the NF VALIDATION \u201cTechnical Board \u2013 Food Microbiology\u201d approved by vote:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The validation of <strong>Solus <em>E. coli <\/em>O157 ELISA<\/strong> (Solus Scientific) for the detection of <em>Salmonella<\/em> spp. in raw beef meats (seasoned or not), dairy products and raw milks, vegetables and production environmental samples.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The validation extension of <strong>VIDAS Easy <em>Salmonella<\/em><\/strong> (bioM\u00e9rieux) for the use of\u00a0VITEK MS test for the confirmation of presumptive <em>Salmonella<\/em> spp.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The validation renewal (without modification) of the following methods: <strong>RAPID&#8217;<em>E. coli<\/em> O157:H7 <\/strong>(BIO-RAD), <strong>REBECCA BASE or REBECCA + EB <\/strong>(bioM\u00e9rieux), <strong>REBECCA + EB<\/strong> (bioM\u00e9rieux).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The validation renewal (with extension) of\u00a0<strong>VIDAS UP <em>Salmonella <\/em><\/strong>(bioM\u00e9rieux), for the use of VITEK MS test for the confirmation of presumptive <em>Salmonella<\/em> spp, and also an update of the validation file according to the new ISO 16140-2
