Three methods for the detection of antibiotics residues in food are validated according to an NF VALIDATION specific protocol.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During its meeting held on <strong>March 17<sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">th <\/span><\/sup>and 18<span style=\"font-size: small\"><strong><sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">th<\/span><\/sup><\/strong><\/span> 2016<\/strong>, the NF VALIDATION \u201cTechnical Board \u2013 Food Microbiology\u201d approved by vote:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The validation of <strong>ANSR for <em>Listeria monocytogenes<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(NEOGEN Europe Ltd) for the detection of <em>Listeria<\/em> spp. in all human food and industrial environmental samples according to the validation protocol ISO\/FDIS 16140-2:2015.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The validation extensions of the following methods: <strong>VIDAS <em>Campylobacter <\/em><\/strong>and <strong>G\u00e9lose CampyFood <\/strong>(bioM\u00e9rieux) for the possibility of using VITEK MS test\u00a0for the confirmation of presumptive <em>Campylobacter<\/em> spp., <strong>Thermo Scientific SureTect <em>Listeria monocytogenes<\/em> PCR Assay<\/strong> (OXOID Thermo Fisher Scientific) for the possibility of using ABI 7500 Fast RT-PCR instrument and its RapidFinder Express 2.0 software\u00a0for results analysis and interpretation of for meat and dairy products, and <strong>TRANSIA Plate <em>Salmonella<\/em> Gold<\/strong> (BioControl Systems) for\u00a0a new enrichment protocol in &#8220;RVS + Novobiocin&#8221; broth.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The validation renewal (without modification) of the following methods:<strong> VIDAS Up <em>Listeria<\/em> <\/strong>(bioM\u00e9rieux),<strong> TRANSIA Plate <em>Listeria<\/em> <em>monocytogenes<\/em> <\/strong>(BioControl Systems)<strong>, <strong>BAX System PCR Assay for <em>E. coli<\/em> O157:H7 MP<\/strong>, <strong>BAX System PCR Assay Genus <em>Listeria<\/em> 24E<\/strong> and <strong>BAX System PCR Assay <em>Listeria monocytogenes<\/em> 24E<\/strong> <\/strong>(DuPont Nutrition &amp; Health)<strong>, <strong>iQ-check <em>E.coli<\/em> O157:H7<\/strong>, <strong>iQ-Check <em>Salmonella<\/em> II<\/strong> <\/strong>and <strong><strong>RAPID&#8217;Sakazakii<\/strong> <\/strong>(BIO-RAD)<strong>, <\/strong><strong><strong>RIDASCREEN <em>Salmonella<\/em><\/strong> <\/strong>(R-Biopham).<\/p>\n<p>Next meetings of the NF VALIDATION &#8220;Technical Board &#8211; Food Microbiology&#8221;:<\/p>\n<p><strong>May 17<span style=\"font-size: small\"><strong><sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">th<\/span><\/sup><\/strong><\/span> and 18<span style=\"font-size: small\"><strong><sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">th<\/span><\/sup><\/strong><\/span>, June 30<span style=\"font-size: small\"><strong><sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">th<\/span><\/sup><\/strong><\/span> and July 1<span style=\"font-size: small\"><strong><sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">st<\/span><\/sup><\/strong><\/span>, September 29<span style=\"font-size: small\"><strong><sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">th<\/span><\/sup><\/strong><\/span> and 30<span style=\"font-size: small\"><strong><sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">th<\/span><\/sup><\/strong><\/span>, November 24<span style=\"font-size: small\"><strong><sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">th<\/span><\/sup><\/strong><\/span> and 25<span style=\"font-size: small\"><strong><sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">th<\/span><\/sup><\/strong><\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As of March 18th 2016, 122 alternative methods for microbiological food analysis are certified NF VALIDATION (among which 117 validated according to the standard protocol&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[9,2],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1357","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-food-industry","category-news","post-item","post-even"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.8 -
