Two methods for the detection of antibiotics residues in food are validated according to the NF VALIDATION specific protocol.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During its meeting held on <strong>June 30<sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">th <\/span><\/sup>and July\u00a01<span style=\"font-size: small\"><strong><sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">st<\/span><\/sup><\/strong><\/span> 2016<\/strong>, the NF VALIDATION \u201cTechnical Board \u2013 Food Microbiology\u201d approved by vote:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The validations according to the protocol ISO 16140-2:2016 of <strong>GENE-UP <em>Salmonella<\/em><\/strong> (bioM\u00e9rieux) for the detection of <em>Salmonella<\/em> spp. in meat products, and\u00a0ready-to-eat and ready-to-reheat food products, <strong>LESS Plus for <em>Listeria + <\/em>ANSR for<em> Listeria <\/em>or culture media<\/strong> and <strong>LESS Plus for <em>Listeria monocytogenes <\/em>+ ANSR for<em> Listeria monocytogenes <\/em>or culture media<\/strong> (NEOGEN Europe Ltd) for the detection of <em>Listeria<\/em> spp. or <em>Listeria monocytogenes<\/em> in all human food products and production environmental samples.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The validation extensions of the following methods for OXOID Thermo Fisher Scientific: <strong>Thermo Scientific SureTect <em>Listeria<\/em> species PCR Assay <\/strong>and <strong>Thermo Scientific SureTect <em>Listeria monocytogenes<\/em> PCR Assay<\/strong> for\u00a0the use of ABI 7500 Fast instrument and its RapidFinder Express software V2.0, <strong>Thermo Scientific SureTect <em>Cronobacter<\/em> species PCR Assay<\/strong> for a new protocol for powdered infant formula (300g) and the use of ABI 7500 Fast instrument and its RapidFinder Express software V2.0, <strong>Thermo Scientific SureTect <em>Salmonella<\/em> species PCR Assay<\/strong> for a new enrichment protocol for dairy products and the use of ABI 7500 Fast instrument and its RapidFinder Express software V2.0.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The validation renewals according to the protocol EN\/ISO 16140:2003\u00a0of <strong>3M Petrifilm Rapid Coliform Count Plate,<strong> 3M Petrifilm Select <em>E. coli<\/em> Count Plate<\/strong>,<strong> 3M Molecular Detection Assay for <em>Salmonella<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a03M Molecular Detection Assay <em>E. coli <\/em>O157 <\/strong>(3M Health Care), <strong><strong>ALOA One Day <\/strong><\/strong>(bioM\u00e9rieux).
