Two methods for the detection of antibiotics residues in food are validated according to the NF VALIDATION specific protocol.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During its meeting held on\u00a0<strong>September 29<span style=\"font-size: small\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span> and 30<span style=\"font-size: small\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span> 2016<\/strong>, the NF VALIDATION &#8220;Technical Board \u2013 Food Microbiology&#8221; approved by vote:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The validations (according to the protocol NF EN ISO 16140-2:2016) of two methods: <strong>3M Molecular Detection Assay 2 &#8211; <em>Listeria monocytogenes\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>(3M Health Care) for the detection of <em>Listeria<\/em>\u00a0<em>monocytogenes<\/em> in all human food and production environmental samples,\u00a0<strong>GENE-UP <em>Listeria<\/em> spp.<em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>(bioM\u00e9rieux) for the detection of <em>Listeria<\/em> spp. (excluding <em>Listeria grayi<\/em>) in meat and dairy products.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The following validation extensions: scope of <strong>GENE-UP <em>Salmonella<\/em> <\/strong>(bioM\u00e9rieux) extended to &#8220;all human food products&#8221;; validation of a new protocol specific to &#8220;composite foods&#8221; for <strong><em>LUMIPROBE 24 Listeria monocytogenes<\/em><\/strong> (Europrobe).<\/p>\n<p>Next meetings of the NF VALIDATION &#8220;Technical Board &#8211; Food Microbiology&#8221;:\u00a0<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">2016:<\/span> November 24<span style=\"font-size: small\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span> and 25<span style=\"font-size: small\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span>. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">2017<\/span>: January 26<span style=\"font-size: small\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span> and 27<span style=\"font-size: small\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span>, March 23<span style=\"font-size: small\"><sup>rd<\/sup><\/span> and 24<span style=\"font-size: small\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span>, May 18<span style=\"font-size: small\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span> and 19<span style=\"font-size: small\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span>, July 3rd and 4<span style=\"font-size: small\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span>, September 28<span style=\"font-size: small\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span> and 29<span style=\"font-size: small\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span>, November 23<span style=\"font-size: small\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span> and 24<span style=\"font-size: small\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span>. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">2018:<\/span> January 25<span style=\"font-size: small\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span> and 26<span style=\"font-size: small\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span>, March 22<span style=\"font-size: small\"><sup>th <\/sup><\/span>and 23<span style=\"font-size: small\"><sup>rd<\/sup><\/span>, July 2<span style=\"font-size: small\"><sup>nd<\/sup><\/span> and 3<span style=\"font-size: small\"><sup>rd<\/sup><\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As of September 30th 2016, 126 alternative methods for microbiological food analysis are certified NF VALIDATION : 114 are validated according to the protocol EN\/ISO&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[9,2],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1471","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-food-industry","category-news","post-item","post-even"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.8 -
