{"id":1927,"date":"2017-12-05T19:11:16","date_gmt":"2017-12-05T18:11:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nf-validation.afnor.org\/en\/?p=1927"},"modified":"2018-10-29T17:20:19","modified_gmt":"2018-10-29T16:20:19","slug":"nf-validation-food-technical-board-november-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nf-validation.afnor.org\/en\/news\/nf-validation-food-technical-board-november-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"NF VALIDATION (Food): Technical Board of November 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>As of December 5<sup>th<\/sup>, 2017, 133 alternative methods for microbiological <\/strong><strong>analysis in <\/strong><strong>food are certified NF VALIDATION: 81 are validated according to the protocol <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boutique.afnor.org\/standard\/nf-en-iso-16140\/microbiology-of-food-and-animal-feeding-stuffs-protocol-for-the-validation-of-alternative-methods\/article\/630128\/fa103509\">EN ISO 16140: 2003<\/a>\u00a0and 52 according to the new protocol <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boutique.afnor.org\/standard\/nf-en-iso-16140-2\/microbiology-of-the-food-chain-method-validation-part-2-protocol-for-the-validation-of-alternative-proprietary-methods-a\/article\/810052\/fa166689\">EN ISO 16140-2: 2016<\/a>. Two methods for the detection of antibiotics residues in food are validated according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/nf-validation.afnor.org\/\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/09\/NF102_Protocole-validation-AB_fr.pdf\">Validation protocol antibiotics<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During his last meeting, held <strong>from 22<sup>nd<\/sup> to 24<sup>th <\/sup>of November, 2017<\/strong>, the NF VALIDATION Technical Board (TC) approved by vote:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The validation of a new alternative method, the\u00a0<strong>3M\u2122 Petrifilm\u2122 Lactic Acid Bacteria Count Plate <\/strong>for the enumeration of mesophilic lactic acid bacteria in all human food products (excluding yoghurts) and environmental samples.<\/li>\n<li>The validation extension of the method <strong>GENE-UP<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> <em>Salmonella<\/em><\/strong> for 2 new specific protocols (with enrichment step at 37\u00b0C): one for the analysis of cocoa and chocolates (375g) and the other for milk powders (375g).<\/li>\n<li>The validation renewals (according to the new EN ISO 16140-2: 2016 protocol) of the following alternative methods: <strong>Thermo Scientific\u2122 SureTect\u2122 <em>Listeria monocytogenes<\/em> PCR Assay<\/strong>, <strong>RAPID&#8217;<em>E. coli<\/em> 2<\/strong>\u00a0 <strong>(<em>E. coli<\/em> 44\u00b0C)<\/strong>, <strong>RAPID&#8217;<em>E. coli<\/em> 2<\/strong> <strong>(<em>E. coli<\/em> 37\u00b0C)<\/strong>, <strong>RAPID&#8217;<em>E. coli <\/em>2 (Coliforms 37\u00b0C)<\/strong>, <strong>AL Enumeration<\/strong>, <strong>VIDAS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> Easy <em>Salmonella<\/em><\/strong>, <strong>TEMPO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> TC<\/strong>, <strong>VIDAS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> UP <em>E. coli<\/em> O157<\/strong>, <strong>Pathatrix\u2122 <em>Salmonella<\/em> spp. Kits Linked to Selective Agar Detection<\/strong>, and also <strong>Pathatrix\u2122 <em>Salmonella<\/em> spp. Kits Linked to MicroSEQ\u2122 <\/strong><em><strong>Salmonella<\/strong>.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our next meetings of the TC:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>2018 : <\/strong>January 25<sup>th<\/sup> &amp; 26<sup>th<\/sup>, March 22<sup>nd <\/sup>&amp; 23<sup>rd<\/sup>, May 17<sup>th <\/sup> &amp; 18<sup>th <\/sup>, July 2<sup>nd<\/sup> &amp; 3<sup>rd<\/sup>, October 4<sup>th <\/sup>&amp; 5<sup>th<\/sup>,\u00a0December 3<sup>rd<\/sup> &amp; 4<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>2019<\/strong>: January 31<sup>st<\/sup> &amp; February 1<sup>st<\/sup>, March 21<sup>st <\/sup>&amp; 22<sup>nd<\/sup>, May 16<sup>th <\/sup> &amp; 17<sup>th <\/sup>, July 3<sup>rd\u00a0<\/sup>&amp; 4<sup>th<\/sup>, October 3<sup>rd\u00a0<\/sup>&amp; 4<sup>th <\/sup>, November 28<sup>th<\/sup> &amp; 29<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As of December 5th, 2017, 133 alternative methods for microbiological analysis in food are certified NF VALIDATION: 81 are validated according to the protocol EN&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":9,"featured_media":1709,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[9,2],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1927","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-food-industry","category-news","post-item","post-even"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.8 -
