{"id":1977,"date":"2018-01-30T16:06:28","date_gmt":"2018-01-30T15:06:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nf-validation.afnor.org\/en\/?p=1977"},"modified":"2018-05-31T16:07:01","modified_gmt":"2018-05-31T15:07:01","slug":"nf-validation-food-technical-board-january-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nf-validation.afnor.org\/en\/news\/nf-validation-food-technical-board-january-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"NF VALIDATION (Food): Technical Board of January 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>As of January 26<sup>th<\/sup>, 2018, 135 alternative methods for microbiological <\/strong><strong>analysis in <\/strong><strong>food are certified NF VALIDATION:\u00a076 are validated according to the protocol <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boutique.afnor.org\/standard\/nf-en-iso-16140\/microbiology-of-food-and-animal-feeding-stuffs-protocol-for-the-validation-of-alternative-methods\/article\/630128\/fa103509\">EN ISO 16140: 2003<\/a>\u00a0and 59 according to the new protocol <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boutique.afnor.org\/standard\/nf-en-iso-16140-2\/microbiology-of-the-food-chain-method-validation-part-2-protocol-for-the-validation-of-alternative-proprietary-methods-a\/article\/810052\/fa166689\">EN ISO 16140-2: 2016<\/a>. Two methods for the detection of antibiotics residues in food are validated according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/nf-validation.afnor.org\/\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/09\/NF102_Protocole-validation-AB_fr.pdf\">Validation protocol antibiotics<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During his last meeting, held <strong>from 25<sup>th<\/sup> to 26<sup>th <\/sup>of January, 2018<\/strong>, the NF VALIDATION Technical Board (TC) approved by vote:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The validation of a new alternative method, <strong>Thermo Scientific RapidFinder <em>Salmonella<\/em> species, Typhimurium et Enteritidis Multiplex PCR Kit<\/strong> for the analysis in raw pork and poultry meat, ready-to-eat and ready-to-reheat pork and poultry meats and production environmental samples (excluding environment from primary production).<\/li>\n<li>The validation extension of the method <strong>GENE-UP<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> <em>Salmonella<\/em><\/strong> for pet food (protocols with enrichment step at 37\u00b0C) and production environmental samples (protocols with enrichment step at 41.5\u00b0C); <strong>BAX System Real-Time PCR Assay for <\/strong><em><strong>E. coli <\/strong><\/em><strong>O157\u00a0:H7<\/strong>, <strong>BAX System PCR Assay for <\/strong><em><strong>E. coli <\/strong><\/em><strong>O157\u00a0:H7 MP\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>BAX System PCR Assay for <\/strong><em><strong>Salmonella<\/strong><\/em><strong> spp. <\/strong>for the changeover to version 3.6 of the BAX System Q7&#8217;s software and the update of validation studies according to the new EN ISO 16140-2.<\/li>\n<li>The validation renewals (according to the new EN ISO 16140-2: 2016 protocol) of the following alternative methods: <strong>Assurance GDS <\/strong><em><strong>Salmonella<\/strong><\/em>, <strong>iQ-Check <\/strong><em><strong>Listeria<\/strong><\/em> <em><strong>monocytogenes<\/strong><\/em><strong> II <\/strong>and <strong>VIDAS<\/strong> <em><strong>Listeria monocytogenes<\/strong><\/em><strong> Xpress (LMX)<\/strong><em>.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our next meetings of the TC:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>2018 :\u00a0<\/strong>March 22<sup>th <\/sup>and 23<sup>rd<\/sup><strong>, <\/strong>May 17<sup>th <\/sup> &amp; 18<sup>th <\/sup>, July 2<sup>nd<\/sup> &amp; 3<sup>rd<\/sup>, October 4<sup>th <\/sup>&amp; 5<sup>th<\/sup>,\u00a0December 3<sup>rd<\/sup> &amp; 4<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>2019<\/strong>: January 31<sup>st<\/sup> &amp; February 1<sup>st<\/sup>, March 21<sup>st <\/sup>&amp; 22<sup>nd<\/sup>, May 16<sup>th <\/sup> &amp; 17<sup>th <\/sup>, July 3<sup>rd\u00a0<\/sup>&amp; 4<sup>th<\/sup>, October 3<sup>rd\u00a0<\/sup>&amp; 4<sup>th <\/sup>, November 28<sup>th<\/sup> &amp; 29<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As of January 26th, 2018, 135 alternative methods for microbiological analysis in food are certified NF VALIDATION:\u00a076 are validated according to the protocol EN ISO&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":1949,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[9,2],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1977","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-food-industry","category-news","post-item","post-even"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.8 -
