Two methods for the detection of antibiotics residues in food are validated according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/nf-validation.afnor.org\/\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/09\/NF102_Protocole-validation-AB_fr.pdf\">Validation protocol antibiotics<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During his last meeting, held <strong>from 17<sup>th<\/sup> to 18<sup>th <\/sup>of May, 2018<\/strong>, the NF VALIDATION Technical Board (TC) approved by vote:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The validation extension of the method\u00a0<strong>Thermo Scientific RapidFinder Salmonella species, Typhimurium and Enteritidis Multiplex PCR Kit<\/strong> for the possibility to use the Applied Biosystems QuantStudio 5 Real-Time PCR instrument with the Thermo Scientific RapidFinder Analysis Software V1.0.; and <strong>BAX System RT-PCR Assay for Salmonella spp.<\/strong> for the changeover to version 3.6 of the BAX System Q7&#8217;s software and the update of validation studies according to the new EN ISO 16140-2.<\/li>\n<li>The validation renewals (according to the new EN ISO 16140-2: 2016 protocol) of the following alternative methods: <strong>3M Petrifilm Coliforme Count Plate\u00a0(total, gas producing\u00a0and thermotolerants)<\/strong>, <strong>Thermo Scientific SureTect Listeria spp. PCR Assay,<\/strong> <strong>RAPID&#8217;L. mono (enumeration), VIDAS Salmonella (dual selective enrichment), VIDAS Listeria, VIDAS Listeria Monocytogenes 2 (30\u00b0C), VIDAS Salmonella (single selective enrichment), VIDAS Campylobacter (CAM), G\u00e9lose CampyFood (CFA), LUMIprobe 24 Listeria monocytogenes, BAX System RT-PCR Assay E. coli O157:H7 <\/strong>et<strong> COMPASS Bacillus cereus Agar<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our next meetings of the TC:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>2018 :\u00a0<\/strong>July 2<sup>nd<\/sup> &amp; 3<sup>rd<\/sup>, October 4<sup>th <\/sup>&amp; 5<sup>th<\/sup>,\u00a0December 3<sup>rd<\/sup> &amp; 4<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>2019<\/strong>: January 31<sup>st<\/sup> &amp; February 1<sup>st<\/sup>, March 21<sup>st <\/sup>&amp; 22<sup>nd<\/sup>, May 16<sup>th <\/sup> &amp; 17<sup>th <\/sup>, July 3<sup>rd\u00a0<\/sup>&amp; 4<sup>th<\/sup>, October 3<sup>rd\u00a0<\/sup>&amp; 4<sup>th <\/sup>, November 28<sup>th<\/sup> &amp; 29<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As of\u00a0May 18th, 2018, 134 alternative methods for microbiological analysis in food are certified NF VALIDATION:\u00a056 are validated according to the protocol EN ISO 16140:&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":1706,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[9,2],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-2031","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-food-industry","category-news","post-item","post-even"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.8 -
