{"id":2340,"date":"2020-04-14T13:35:33","date_gmt":"2020-04-14T12:35:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nf-validation.afnor.org\/en\/?p=2340"},"modified":"2020-06-05T15:57:17","modified_gmt":"2020-06-05T14:57:17","slug":"nf-validation-agro-news-of-april-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nf-validation.afnor.org\/en\/food-industry\/nf-validation-agro-news-of-april-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"NF VALIDATION (Food) : News of April 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>As of May 11<sup>th <\/sup>2020, 142 alternative methods for microbiological analysis in food are certified NF VALIDATION, validated according to the protocol <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boutique.afnor.org\/norme\/nf-en-iso-16140\/microbiologie-des-aliments-protocole-pour-la-validation-des-methodes-alternatives\/article\/630128\/fa103509\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EN ISO 16140: 2003<\/a> or its new version <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boutique.afnor.org\/norme\/nf-en-iso-16140-2\/microbiologie-de-la-chaine-alimentaire-validation-des-methodes-partie-2-protocole-pour-la-validation-de-methodes-alternatives-co\/article\/810052\/fa166689\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EN ISO 16140-2: 2016<\/a>.<\/strong> The update of the files is done gradually, on the occasion of renewals or extensions. The end of transition is scheduled for 2021. In the meantime, the 2 types of certificates are still valid.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In addition, 4 methods for the detection of antibiotics residues in food are validated according to the<a href=\"https:\/\/nf-validation.afnor.org\/\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/09\/NF102_Protocole-validation-AB_fr.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Validation protocol antibiotics<\/a> of AFNOR Certification.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Following the positive agreement of the Technical Board (TC) expressed during its meeting held on 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0 and 30<sup>th<\/sup> April 2020, AFNOR Certification approved<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0The validation of the alternative method\u00a0<strong>TEMPO\u00ae CAM<\/strong> (bioM\u00e9rieux) for enumeration of thermotolerant <em>Campylobacter<\/em> species.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0The certification extensions for :\u00a0<strong>SALMA\u00ae One Day<\/strong>, <strong>VIDAS \u00ae Easy <em>Salmonella<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0et <strong>VIDAS\u00ae UP <em>Salmonella<\/em><\/strong> <strong>(SPT)\u00a0<\/strong>(bioM\u00e9rieux) in order to validate new categories of products.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0The certification renewals (according to the new EN ISO 16140-2: 2016) of\u00a0<strong>VIDAS \u00ae UP<em> Listeria (<\/em>LPT)<\/strong> (bioM\u00e9rieux),\u00a0<strong>iQ-Check\u00ae <em>Cronobacter<\/em> spp.<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>RAPID&#8217;<em>Sakazakii<\/em><\/strong> (BIO-RAD), and\u00a0<strong>SESAME <em>Salmonella<\/em> Test\u00ae<\/strong> (SOLABIA SAS), <strong>One Broth One Plate for <em>Listeria<\/em> (OBOP-L), One Broth One Plate for <em>Listeria monocytogenes<\/em> (OBOP-LMO) <\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Reveal 2.0 <em>Salmonella<\/em><\/strong> (NEOGEN Europe Ltd), <strong>3M Molecular Detection Assay 2 -Listeria<\/strong> (3M France), <strong>BAX System PCR Assay Genus <em>Listeria<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>24E<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>BAX System PCR Assay <em>L.monocytogenes<\/em> 24E<\/strong> (Qualicon Diagnostics LLC).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our next meetings of the TC:<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>2020<\/strong>: May 14<sup>th<\/sup>&amp; 15<sup>th<\/sup>, July 2<sup>nd\u00a0<\/sup>&amp; 3<sup>rd\u00a0<\/sup>, October 1<sup>st\u00a0<\/sup>&amp; 2<sup>nd<\/sup>, December 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0&amp; 4<sup>th<\/sup><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As of May 11th 2020, 142 alternative methods for microbiological analysis in food are certified NF VALIDATION, validated according to the protocol EN ISO 16140:&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":9,"featured_media":1948,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[9,2],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-2340","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-food-industry","category-news","post-item","post-even"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.8 -
