{"id":2368,"date":"2020-06-04T08:06:28","date_gmt":"2020-06-04T07:06:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nf-validation.afnor.org\/en\/?p=2368"},"modified":"2020-06-04T08:24:40","modified_gmt":"2020-06-04T07:24:40","slug":"nf-validation-water-news-of-june-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nf-validation.afnor.org\/en\/water-analysis\/nf-validation-water-news-of-june-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"NF VALIDATION (Water) : News of June 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>As of June 2nd, 2020, 15 methods for microbiological analysis in water are certified NF VALIDATION. <\/strong>The qPCR kits for qualitative and quantitative detection of <em>Legionella<\/em> are certified according to the validation protocols described in <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.boutique.afnor.org\/norme\/nf-t90-471\/water-quality-detection-and-quantification-of-legionella-and-or-legionella-pneumophila-by-concentration-and-genic-amplificatio\/article\/823921\/fa059628\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NF T90-471<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.boutique.afnor.org\/norme\/iso-ts-128692012\/water-quality-detection-and-quantification-of-legionella-spp-and-or-legionella-pneumophila-by-concentration-and-genic-amplifi\/article\/805030\/xs119766\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ISO\/TS 12869<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>standards. The other methods are certified, with validations performed according to the<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/nf-validation.afnor.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2014\/04\/NF148_Protocole-General-Validation_en.pdf\">technical protocol<\/a><\/strong> developed by AFNOR Certification and based on the comparison of the performances of an alternative method with the ones of a standard method.<\/p>\n<p>Following the positive agreement of the dedicated Technical Committee expressed onto June 2nd, 2020, AFNOR Certification approved:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The certification renewals for<strong> Colilert-18 \/ Quanti-Tray or Quanti-Tray 2000<\/strong> (IDEXX Laboratories) and\u00a0<strong>COMPASS cc Agar <\/strong>(SOLABIA SAS).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our next meeting will be held on October 6<sup>th<\/sup>, 2020.
