The PCR kits for detection and quantification of Legionella are certified according to the protocols of <strong><u>NF T90-471<\/u><\/strong> and <strong><u>ISO\/TS 12869<\/u><\/strong> standards. The other methods are certified, with validations performed according to the<strong>\u00a0<u><a href=\"https:\/\/nf-validation.afnor.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2014\/04\/NF148_Protocole-General-Validation_en.pdf\">technical protocol<\/a><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0developed by AFNOR Certification and based on the comparison of the performances of an alternative method with the ones of a standard method.<\/p>\n<p>Following the positive agreement of the dedicated Technical Committee expressed onto November 30th, 2021, AFNOR Certification approved:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The certification extensions for <strong>RAPID\u2019<em>aeruginosa<\/em><\/strong> to extend the scope to the analysis of waters for human consumption and recreational waters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our next Water BT meetings:<\/p>\n<p><strong>2022<\/strong>: March 8<sup>th<\/sup>, June 8<sup>th<\/sup>, and October 4<sup>th<\/sup><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As of March 3rd, 2022, 15 methods for microbiological analysis in water are certified NF VALIDATION.
