As of February 13, 2024, the NF VALIDATION mark was awarded to 138 methods of analysis in food microbiology, validated according to the protocol EN ISO 16140-2: 2016.<\/p>\n

In addition, 3 methods for detecting antibiotic residues are validated according to the antibiotic validation protocol of AFNOR Certification.<\/p>\n

On the positive opinion of the Agri-Food Technical Office of the mark NF VALIDATION of 8 February 2024, AFNOR Certification approved :<\/p>\n

The renewal of the TEMPO\u00ae CAM<\/strong> and VIDAS\u00ae Listeria monocytogenes II (LMO2)<\/strong> (bioM\u00e9rieux) methods.<\/p>\n

The extension of methods:<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 BACGene Salmonella<\/em> spp., BACGene Listeria<\/em> spp. , BACGene Listeria monocytogenes<\/em>, BACGene Listeria Multiplex<\/em> <\/strong>(Gold Standard Diagnostics) to extend the scope of application to the use of the OT-2 Liquid Handler.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 Thermo Scientific\u2122 SureTect\u2122 Salmonella<\/em> species PCR Assay, Thermo Scientific\u2122 SureTect\u2122 Cronobacter species PCR Assay, Salmonella<\/em> Precis<\/strong> (OXOID ThermoFisher) to extend the scope of application to the addition of a new selective novobiocin supplement containing a blue dye, Thermo Scientific\u2122 PrecisBlue\u2122 supplement.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 GENE-UP\u00ae Salmonella<\/em><\/strong> (bioM\u00e9rieux) to extend the scope of application to the use of a new enrichment protocol with BACTVIAB\u2122 PMAxx\u2122 pre-treatment for the analysis of milk powders, infant feeding and infant cereals with and without probiotics, and infant food.<\/p>\n
