Legionella PCR detection and quantification kits are validated according to NF T90-471 and ISO\/TS 12869 protocols. The other methods are validated according to the technical protocol established by AFNOR Certification, consisting of a comparison of the performance of an alternative method to that of a reference method.<\/p>\n<p>On the positive opinion of the Water Technical Bureau of the mark NF VALIDATION of 6 February 2024, AFNOR Certification approved:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Renewal of the following methods:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>o <strong>Pseudalert\u00ae\/Quanti-Tray\u00ae<\/strong> and <strong>Colilert-18\u00ae\/Quanti-Tray\u00ae<\/strong> <strong>or Quanti-Tray\u00ae 2000<\/strong> from IDEXX Laboratories.<\/p>\n<p>o <strong>RAPID&#8217;P. aeruginosa<\/strong> of the company BIO-RAD.<\/p>\n<p>o <strong>COMPASS\u00aecc Agar<\/strong> from SOLABIA SAS<\/p>\n<p>The next meeting of the Water Technical Board will take place on Tuesday 22th October 2024.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As of February 13, 2024, the NF VALIDATION mark was assigned to 14 methods of analysis in water microbiology.
