As of February 6th 2015, 117 microbiological methods in the food industry including 3 antibiotic detection methods are certified NF VALIDATION. All the microbiological methods are validated according to the NF EN ISO 16140 :2003 standard protocol requirements.
During its meeting held on February 6th 2015, the NF VALIDATION “Technical Board – Food Microbiology” approved by vote:
– The validation renewals of the following methods: 3M Petrifilm Staph Express Test System A and B (3M Health Care), AccuProbe Listeria monocytogenes (bioMérieux) and MicroSEQ E. coli O157: H7 (Life Technologies).
– The validation extensions to the categories “Pet food” and “Industrial environment samples” for the Test 3M Petrifilm Coliforms Count Plate(A), Test 3M Petrifilm Aerobic Count Plate and Test 3M Petrifilm Select E. coli Count Plate, and to the category “Industrial environment samples” for the Test 3M Petrifilm Enterobacteriaceae Count Plate(3M Health Care).
Others files are under the process of validation.
