On 14 June 2024, the NF VALIDATION mark was awarded to 134 food microbiology analysis methods, validated in accordance with the EN ISO 16140-2: 2016 protocol.
In addition, 3 antibiotic residue screening methods have been validated in accordance with the AFNOR Certification antibiotic validation protocol.
Following the positive opinion of the NF VALIDATION mark’s Agri-food Technical Board on 12 and 13 June 2024, AFNOR Certification has approved :
- The renewal of the GENE-UP® Salmonella and GENE-UP® Listeria spp. methods, ALOA® ONE DAY (bioMérieux), Neogen® Molecular Detection Assay 2 – Listeria monocytogenes, One Broth One Plate for Listeria monocytogenes (OBOP-LMO), One Broth One Plate for Listeria (OBOP-L) (NEOGEN), BAX® System PCR Assay L. monocytogenes 24E, BAX® System PCR Assay Genus Listeria 24E (HYGIENA LLC).
- Extension of the RAPID’Campylobacter method (BIO-RAD) to make the confirmation stage optional.
